"I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear hubcap cracked on our Prius at 12,800 miles. Honestly don't know if debris kicked up and cracked it or just defective. Anycase I went to dealership to show them, never questioned me if i hit something.Ordered a new hubcap under warranty, received message it came in. We went to dealership Sunday morning with no appointment, they were busy, the Service mgr Dave Aroune took our car into shop and replaced it himself. After he was done he went back to cleaning the garage floor with the Zamboni. Must say we were impressed.
Because of the staff at this dealership we keep coming back, and we will tell others."
